The Space

This 3 bedroom, spacious home features upgraded technology to make your stay as relaxing as possible, with your own private pool and a charcoal grill for you to enjoy. It comfortably sleeps 8 people. The master bedroom has a king size bedroom that sleeps 2. In the 2nd bedroom there is a queen size bed that sleeps 2, and the 3rd bedroom sleeps 4. Inside the room has a bunk bed containing a twin size bed on the top that sleeps 1 and on the bottom is a full size bed that sleeps 2, besides it is an additional twin size bed that sleeps 1.

House Rules

Breech of the house rules listed below will result in additional charges:

>Unauthorized early check-ins or late check-out: $100 per half hour.
>House Parties / Events: $500 charge plus any additional cleaning fees, your reservation will be canceled immediately and you will be asked to leave.
>No loud noises, there is a noise detector installed in the home and will alert me of loud noises.
>SMOKING: If the smell of smoke/tobacco/etc. is found in the home: $2500.
>Pets/Animals on the property: $400 charge plus cleaning fees.
>Vomit / other bodily fluids that require additional cleaning: $250 charge.
> Lost / Stolen/ stained towels: $10 each.
>Guest use of pool are at your own risk.
>Avoid leaving doors open. Florida critters are always lurking.
>Guests must notify the host of anything not up to standard so that it can be immediately resolved. Matters not communicated upfront may not be resolved in a timely manner.
>No cars can be parked in front of neighbors homes or on the grass.
>Host / Owner is not responsible for any personal injuries / liabilities on and around the property.
> Not more than 9 people may be on or around the property at any point in time.
Violation of this may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.
>Any refunds given to any other affected airbnb traveler due to your late unauthorized check-out you will be responsible for reimbursing the host.
>Tampering with security/safety devices is grounds for termination of your reservation without a refund. $500 charge.
