Be a guest at Rockwall’s luxurious gated community on prestigious Lake Ray Hubbard. Recent winner of the Travelers Review Award presented January 2020, condo is steps from 2 pools, tennis courts , a clubhouse/restaurant, fishing, boating, and walking trails.
Located beside the Harbor District, there’s plenty of shopping, dining, and movie options. During summer months it has a resort type atmosphere and between the 2 pools, the restaurant, and the Harbor you are likely to run into a festive event, karaoke/live music, or if it’s Thursday “Concert by the Lake”. Walk 20 yards and cast out your fishing pole or turn left and the Marina would be happy to rent you a boat for the day. If its holiday season the neighborhood has a top reputation for the decorative/lighting. Or, if you just want a quite time away to relax you are in the right place.
Condo features large spacious 1 bedroom (queen) and a queen sofa sleeper in the even more spacious main living room. This along with full kitchen

Guests have access to everything condo on the lake offers. There are 2 swimming pools, tennis courts, a sand beach, fishing, marina, boat ramp, boat slips, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, yacht club restaurant, and a park all within steps from the condo.
Condo on the lake is well stocked with everything you will need like extra bedding, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, dining and cooking dishes. Cleaning products, hand sanitizer, gloves, and masks are also available. When you need something just think where you would find it if it were your home and odds are you will find it there.
The destination location of Rockwall, The Rockwall Harbor District is the next area up the lake, about 1 mile. They have plenty of restaurant, shopping, and movie options. Thursday nights during summer don’t miss their concert on the lake series.
Interaction with Guests
You will receive an email, text, or call prior to your stay with any relevant information. This will usually be 1-2 days prior to your dates and covers arrival details. (Neighborhood entry, parking, lock box code, etc.). I will respect your privacy during your stay and generally not be there, unless requested. I will be very efficient at communication if questions come up and the fastest route is usually texting. The check in and check out are both done via lock box unless special situation arises.
Other Things to Note
Located conveniently 20 miles east of Dallas directly off I30. You will exit Ridge Road, turn right, go to Henry Chandler Dr, turn right, and then immediately right again to be at the Main Entrance. Make sure you are at Main entrance. It is inside a gated community and the only gate that you can enter has 24/7 guards allowing entry. Say you are “visiting” and the address when talking to guard. You will then be handed a day pass. Each 1st entry for each day of your stay needs to be done this way. For 2nd entrance or more you still go in same gate but simply show pass for entry. Longer stays will be provided longer term pass at condo after initial entry. You have 1 reserved parking spot in front of Condo labeled with sign. If more than 1 car, car #2 enter the same but park only in spots marked “visitors”, and there’s not many. The 6 car parking up the hill out front is my recommendation. The lock box is just to the left of front door at about eye level. Your code Will be in message or call to you 1-2 days prior to stay.
Getting Around
You are within a mile of Rockwall’s Harbor District. Meaning plenty of shopping, dining, and movie options. On Thursday evenings during summer it’s home to “Concert by the Lake” which is definitely worth going to. Events are held both day and night at “The Harbor”. Even closer and staying within steps of the condo you have plenty to do. The Yacht restaurant does karaoke and DJ events Thursday - Saturday, and many could throw a baseball from Condo and hit it. 2 outdoor pools that have many festive events during the summer, Chandlers Landing Marina for boating rentals, Tennis courts, Sand beach, playgrounds, walking trails, and plenty of fishing ponds. And finally the main attraction, Lake Ray Hubbard, is within steps of the Condo.
You may not need transportation, if you enjoy walking. As mentioned, even Rockwall’s destination spot, the Harbor District is roughly 1 mile away. Uber and Lyft both service the neighborhood and I’m sure most will have their own vehicle anyway.
